On the occasion of Madhya Pradesh Foundation Day, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav inaugurated the “MP E-Seva Portal and Mobile App”, marking a new milestone in the state’s journey toward transformative digital governance. This integrated citizen service platform will now provide access to over 1,700 public services and schemes from 56 departments through a single digital window, paving the way for seamless, paperless, and transparent service delivery.
The portal has been developed by the Center for Excellence of Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation (MPSEDC) under the Department of Science and Technology. The initiative aims to achieve 100% e-service delivery across the state by 2026, positioning Madhya Pradesh among the nation’s leading digital governance-enabled states.
“By integrating citizens, departments, and services under one unified digital ecosystem, Madhya Pradesh has proven that digital governance is the foundation of good governance,” said Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav.
One Unified Platform for All Citizen Services
The MP E-Seva Portal consolidates more than 1,700 services from 56 government departments into a single interface. Citizens no longer need to visit multiple department websites or submit the same documents repeatedly. Through eseva.mp.gov.in or the E-Seva mobile app (available for Android and iOS), users can check eligibility, apply, track status, and receive approvals digitally.
Every service process on the portal is Aadhaar-based, secured with e-sign and digital certification, making the entire system paperless, faceless, and fully authenticated.
Integration with Samagra Portal for Seamless Verification
The MP E-Seva Portal has been integrated with the state’s Samagra Social Security Mission. Each family in Madhya Pradesh has been assigned an 8-digit Family ID and each member a 9-digit Individual ID, enabling auto-verification of eligibility and eliminating duplication or procedural delays.
One of the standout features of the portal is Auto-Fetching of Documents, which allows documents uploaded once to be automatically retrieved for future services—removing the need for repetitive submissions.
Simplified, Secure, and Citizen-Centric Design
Designed with a mobile-first approach, the portal offers multilingual support and special accessibility features for differently-abled users, ensuring inclusive access for citizens across both urban and rural regions.
Preliminary assessments indicate that the initiative will reduce governance costs by nearly 40% and save citizens over 50 million working hours annually through faster, transparent, and streamlined processes.
Madhya Pradesh’s Digital Track Record
According to the National e-Governance Service Delivery Assessment (NeSDA – Way Forward) Report, September 2025, Madhya Pradesh has successfully mapped 1,752 e-services and integrated all 56 mandatory departmental services under the MP E-Seva Portal, earning the state second position nationwide in digital service delivery.
The state has also received the Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence for its Cyber Tehsil initiative and the National e-Governance Gold Award for SAMPADA 2.0.
With the MP E-Seva Portal, Madhya Pradesh has taken a decisive leap toward transparent, efficient, and citizen-driven governance — truly embodying the vision of ‘Digital India’ at the state level.
